TIG Asks Federal Judge to Reconsider Discovery Order

NEW YORK - TIG Insurance Co. is urging a New York federal magistrate judge to reconsider a discovery order requiring the reinsurer to produce certain attorney-client communications in a $12.3 million dispute over reinsurance coverage for Foster Wheeler asbestos claims.
