PHILADELPHIA - A Pennsylvania federal judge has ruled that United National Insurance Co. may present financial tables to a jury in an attempt to prove that Aon Ltd. withheld key information in marketing an insurance program to an Italian reinsurer. United National Insurance Co. v. Aon Ltd., No. 04-539 (E.D. Pa.).
In an Oct. 15 opinion, U.S. District Judge Louis H. Pollak ruled that the exhibit can be authenticated by United National's trial witness.
