PADUCHA, Ky. — Defendants in a pollution coverage action have opposed a motion asking a Kentucky federal judge to compel them to produce claims manuals and guidelines, and reinsurance documents and communications, calling it a “fishing expedition” because it seeks the production of clearly irrelevant or privileged information.
