ProSight Asks Judge to Seal Award in Dispute with Aioi Nissay

NEW YORK — A cedent has asked a New York federal judge to seal a petition to confirm an arbitration award and the award itself in a reinsurance dispute involving Sept. 11 aviation losses. Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Co. Ltd. v. ProSight Specialty Management Company Inc., No. 12-3274 (S.D. N.Y.).

In a May 14 motion, ProSight Specialty Management Company Inc. argued that the record contains confidential information that would seriously injure its business if disclosed.
