BOSTON — Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. and Continental Insurance Co. have resolved a disagreement over the selection of an umpire to oversee a dispute over reinsurance coverage for claims brought against Nortel Networks Corp. Liberty Mutual Insurance Co., et al. v. Continental Insurance Co., No. 11-11245 (D. Mass.).
Magistrate Judge Marianne B. Bowler of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts dismissed the action with prejudice and ordered each party to bear its own costs.
