JACKSON, Miss. — A policy’s virus exclusion bars coverage for an educational consulting firm’s COVID-19 business interruption losses, a Mississippi federal judge has ruled, granting Sentinel Insurance Company Ltd.’s motion to dismiss a declaratory judgment lawsuit.
