TACOMA, Wash. — The owner of a Tacoma, Wash., restaurant that permanently closed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic has sued Fireman’s Fund Insurance Co. for coverage, alleging that the insured property suffered “direct physical loss of or damage” as required by the policy.

In a Nov. 11 complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, Naccarato Restaurant Group Inc.
