CAMDEN, N.J. — A New Jersey hair salon has sued Travelers Casualty Insurance Company of America for coverage of business interruption losses it incurred when government orders issued in response to the COVID-19 pandemic forced it to temporarily close.

In a complaint removed to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey on Sept. 18, Le Spa NJ LLC says Travelers breached the policy by denying its claim for coverage.
