NEW YORK — The parties in a $3.85 million reinsurance dispute involving workers’ compensation losses have informed a New York federal judge that they have complied with an interim final arbitration award and are in settlement talks to resolve the remaining issues.

According to the May 1 report filed jointly by National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh and Federal Insurance Co. in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, resolution of any remaining issues was stayed pending ongoing settlement discussions.
