BALTIMORE — Certain Lloyd’s of London Underwriters has agreed to dismissal of a lawsuit involving whether a $3.7 million reinsurance dispute should be arbitrated, according to a joint stipulation filed before a Maryland federal judge.
According to the April 22 filing in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, the parties agreed to dismissal of the matter with prejudice.
