NEW YORK — A New York federal judge has issued a scheduling order in a dispute in which National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh seeks reimbursement from two reinsurers for its settlement of asbestos claims filed against PPG Industries Inc.
In the Jan. 31 order, Judge Edargo Ramos of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York ordered that any additional parties must be joined by Feb. 28 and amended pleadings must be filed by that date.
Non-expert depositions must be completed by July 31, and expert reports are due by Oct. 31, according to the …
