OMAHA, Neb. — Applied Underwriters Captive Risk Insurance Company Inc. has agreed to settle its claims accusing a former participant in Applied Underwriters’ workers’ compensation program of breaching a reinsurance participation agreement (RPA), according to a recent court filing.

In a Jan. 8 order, Judge John M. Gerrard of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska ordered the parties to file a joint stipulation for dismissal within 30 days.
