NEW YORK — A New York federal judge has denied as moot Endurance Assurance Corp.’s motion to reopen discovery in a reinsurance dispute involving a 2008 deadly trucking accident, noting that Florists Insurance Co. will produce a witness on the issue of claimed interest.
On Jan. 9, U.S. Judge Lewis Kaplan of the District Court for the Southern District of New York said the deposition will be completed by Jan. 31.
