NEW YORK — An arbitration hearing in a $3.85 million reinsurance dispute involving underlying workers’ compensation losses has been completed and the parties are awaiting a decision, according to the parties’ joint status report.
The Nov. 2 report, filed jointly by National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh and Federal Insurance Co. in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, says the hearing was completed on Aug. 17.
