SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A hearing will be held in November on plaintiffs’ motion for class certification in a California federal case targeting Applied Underwriters Inc.’s “EquityComp” and “SolutionOne” workers’ compensation insurance programs, according to a recent filing.
The hearing will take place on Nov. 12 before Judge William B. Shubb of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
