SAN DIEGO — In an action in which Odyssey Reinsurance Co. seeks payment of a $3.2 million judgment, two of the defendants have moved for summary judgment, arguing they had nothing to do with the allegedly fraudulent transfer of funds from Cal-Regent Insurance Services Corp.
In a July 27 brief filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, David Dostalik and his company Claims Technology Services Corp. argue that their participation in the financial matters involving Cal–Regent had to do with distribution of commissions and fees owed to Cal Regent from a premium trust account.
