Top’s Personnel Ordered to Produce Info Regarding Workers’ Comp History, Management Structure

OMAHA, Neb. — A Nebraska federal magistrate judge has ordered Top’s Personnel Inc. to produce testimony concerning its workers’ compensation insurance history, ruling that the information is relevant to its class action counterclaim against Applied Underwriters Inc.

In a July 25 order, Magistrate Judge Cheryl R. Zwart of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska also ordered Top’s to provide information regarding its “management structure, ownership and control, business, and affiliates,” finding it is relevant to Top’s adequacy as class representative.
