NEW YORK — An arbitration hearing in a $3.85 million reinsurance dispute involving underlying workers’ compensation losses is set to take place on Aug. 13 in New York, according to the parties’ joint status report.
According to a report filed jointly by National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh and Federal Insurance Co. in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, discovery has commenced and should be concluded by early June.
