Nevada Entities Enjoined from Disbursing Funds Allegedly Owed to Odyssey Re

SAN DIEGO — A California federal judge has temporarily enjoined defendant Diane Nagby and two Nevada entities from disbursing or transferring funds that are allegedly owed to Odyssey Reinsurance Co. for satisfaction of a $3.2 million judgment.

On May 4, Judge Barry Moskowitz of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California issued the injunction against Nagby, Nevada Cactus Growers LLC and Green Tree Funding LLC.

Cal-Regent Insurance Services Corp. underwrote certain risks on behalf of State National Insurance Co. Odyssey Re reinsured State National under four Garage Liability Quota Share Reinsurance Agreements, which were in effect from …
