PHILADELPHIA - St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Co. has agreed to a dismissal of its $4.4 million reinsurance dispute with St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Co., according to a recent filing in Pennsylvania federal court.
In a stipulation filed March 13 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the parties agreed that the action be dismissed with prejudice as to all claims and counterclaims, with each party bearing its own attorneys' fees and costs. An order of dismissal awaits Judge Berle M. Schiller's signature.
