NEW YORK - The liquidator of The Home Insurance Co. has asked a New York federal court to enter a default judgment against Cerberus Holding Company LLC, arguing that Cerberus has failed to appear or otherwise respond to a claim seeking payment under three facultative reinsurance certificates.
