SAN DIEGO — A California federal judge has scheduled a mandatory settlement conference for April 23 in Odyssey Reinsurance Co.’s lawsuit seeking payment of a $3.2 million judgment issued against Cal-Regent Insurance Services Corp.
In the Jan. 5 order, Magistrate Judge William Gallo of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California also directed counsel to submit settlement statements directly to chambers no later than April 13.
