Parties in Applied Underwriters Workers’ Comp Dispute Ask Conn. Judge to Reset Pretrial Deadlines

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — The parties in a dispute arising from a series of workers’ compensation insurance and reinsurance contracts have jointly asked a Connecticut judge to reset pretrial deadlines pending Applied Underwriters Captive Risk Assurance Company Inc.’s motion for reconsideration of a venue ruling.
