NEW YORK — A New York federal judge has granted a joint motion by Endurance Assurance Corp. and Florists’ Insurance Co. to extend the fact discovery deadline in a reinsurance action, acknowledging that a live dispute remains in the underlying Louisiana coverage action concerning any interest FMIC may be required to pay.
