NEW YORK — Endurance Assurance Corp. and Florists’ Insurance Co. have asked a New York federal judge to extend the fact discovery deadline in a reinsurance action arising from a 2008 trucking accident, explaining that a live dispute remains in the underlying Louisiana coverage action concerning any interest FMIC may be required to pay.
