OMAHA, Neb. — A Nebraska federal magistrate judge has imposed sanctions on Applied Underwriters Inc. for its failure to comply with a discovery order requiring it to provide information concerning a reinsurance participation agreement and a promissory note executed by the parties.
In the Aug. 7 order, Magistrate Judge Cheryl R. Zwart of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska also ordered AUI to fully answer Top’s Personnel Inc.’s interrogatories and produce requested documentation.
