NEW YORK — A New York federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit against an Italian arbitrator who was allegedly bribed to rig arbitrations against AmTrust Financial Services Inc., ruling that the defendant lacked the requisite minimum contacts with the United States sufficient for the court to exercise personal jurisdiction.
