NEW YORK — Endurance Reinsurance Corporation of America and Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. are urging a New York court to deny Chubb INA Holdings Inc.’s motion to dismiss or stay a lawsuit accusing Chubb of tortiously interfering with an insurance contract, arguing that it does not involve the same claims asserted by Chubb in a related action pending in New Jersey federal court.
