Parties to $1.5 Million Reinsurance Action Agree to Participate in Mediation Regarding Forum

SAN FRANCISCO — R&Q Reinsurance Corp. and The American Insurance Co. have agreed to participate in a mediation to resolve their dispute over whether a $1.5 million reinsurance action belongs in California or should be tried in Pennsylvania.
