OMAHA, Neb. — A non-jury trial has been scheduled in a dispute over whether Top’s Personnel Inc. owes a billing agent $229,935 under a promissory note executed in connection with a reinsurance participation agreement.
In an Aug. 8 final progression order, Magistrate Judge Cheryl Zwart of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska scheduled the trial for April 24, 2017, before Judge John Gerrard.
