DALLAS — Resolute Management Inc. is urging a Texas federal judge to dismiss tortious interference claims asserted against it by Celanese Corp. in an amended complaint, arguing that Celanese is simply rehashing theories that were already rejected in the judge’s dismissal of its original pleading.
