UTICA, N.Y. — Following a discovery order in a reinsurance case involving Goulds Pumps asbestos liabilities, Munich Reinsurance America Inc. has asked a New York federal court to compel Utica Mutual Insurance Co. to produce certain documents and communications, asserting they are neither privileged nor protected by attorney-client privilege.
