HARTFORD, Conn. — Travelers Casualty & Surety Co. and R&Q Reinsurance Co. say they have reached a settlement “in principle” in a $1.7 million Connecticut reinsurance dispute, which involves underlying vaccine-related claims.
In a Sept. 25 filing in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, the parties requested cancellation of their scheduled settlement conference, explaining that they are “working toward final resolution of the matter.”
