HARTFORD, Conn. — A Connecticut federal magistrate judge has scheduled a settlement conference in a $1.7 million reinsurance dispute between Travelers Casualty & Surety Co. and R&Q Reinsurance Co., which involves underlying vaccine-related claims.
In a Sept. 1 order, Magistrate Judge Sarah A. L. Merriam of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut explained that the purpose of the conference “is to facilitate settlement of this case, if that is appropriate.”
