DALLAS — In a dispute over whether a lawsuit accusing OneBeacon Insurance Co. and Resolute Management Inc. of delaying payment to Celanese Corp. should be sent to state court, a Texas federal judge has struck defendants’ supplemental opposition and plaintiff’s reply.
In a May 1 order, Judge Sam A. Lindsay of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas explained that the Local Civil Rules do not authorize the filing of these documents, and neither party sought leave of court to file the documents.
