NEW YORK — A New York federal judge has remanded a line arbitration award, finding it is not a “reasoned award” as required by the parties’ arbitration agreement because it contained no discussion of the facts, explanation of the claims or reasons for the arbitrator’s determinations regarding liability and damages.
