ALBANY, N.Y. — In a dispute over reinsurance coverage for an underlying settlement of asbestos claims, a New York federal magistrate judge has denied both parties’ motions for production of documents, ruling that the discovery requests are not relevant to the parties’ obligations at issue in this case and are unduly burdensome.
