NEW YORK — A New York federal judge has extended discovery deadlines in a $1.7 million reinsurance dispute between Fireman’s Fund Insurance Co. and OneBeacon Insurance Co., setting Feb. 27 as the deadline for fact discovery and March 5 for the related status conference.
On Dec. 30, Judge Paul G. Gardephe granted a request by Fireman’s Fund counsel to extend the deadlines, which had originally been set for Jan. 14 (fact discovery deadline) and Jan. 22 (status conference).
