ALBANY, N.Y. — Utica Mutual Insurance Co. has consented to dismissal of an action in which it sought a ruling that the law firm of Hunton & Williams may represent it in a reinsurance arbitration with Employer’s Insurance Company of Wausau and National Casualty Co.
According to a Dec. 18 filing in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, Utica agreed to dismissal of the action with prejudice.
