LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — An Arkansas federal judge has dismissed with prejudice a dispute over whether a broker authorization agreement required Aetna Global Benefits Ltd. to make brokerage payments to Global Risk Intermediary LLC after terminating the related reinsurance contract.
In the June 27 order, Judge J. Leon Holmes of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas explained that the parties have settled all claims at issue in the action.
