LITTLE ROCK — An Arkansas federal judge has scheduled for trial a dispute over whether a broker authorization agreement required Aetna Global Benefits Ltd. to make brokerage payments to Global Risk Intermediary LLC after Aetna terminated the related reinsurance contract.
In an April 29 scheduling order, Judge J. Leon Holmes of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas set trial for Sept. 29 and ordered that discovery should be completed by July 17.
