CONCORD, N.H. - The liquidator of The Home Insurance Co. has settled a dispute with Repwest Insurance Co. over $105,398 in reinsurance proceeds for underlying losses sustained by Quaker State Oil Refining Corp. Sevigny v. Repwest Insurance Co., No. 11-405 (D. N.H.).

The parties filed a joint stipulation on April 23 in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire.

According to the amended complaint, The Home Insurance Co.'s predecessor, Home Indemnity Co., issued a policy to Quaker State Oil Refining Corp. effective April 1, 1983, to April 1, 1984. Repwest reinsured a portion of Home Indemnity's Quaker …
