Calif. App. Ct. Affirms Summary Adjudication for Reinsurance Intermediary

LOS ANGELES - A trial court did not err in granting Guy Carpenter & Co.'s motion for summary adjudication on a claim that it did not obtain the best terms in obtaining a finite quota share reinsurance agreement for Workmen's Auto Insurance Co., a California appellate court has ruled.
