Travelers Settles Asbestos Coverage Dispute with Factory Mutual

CINCINNATI - Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. has settled a dispute with one of its reinsurers involving underlying asbestos claims brought against Armstrong Cork Co. and Armstrong Contracting and Supply Co. Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. v. Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co., et al., No. 2:11-63 (S.D. Ohio).

On Jan. 11, Travelers and Factory Mutual Insurance Co. (formerly Arkwright Mutual Insurance Co.), jointly filed a stipulation of dismissal with Judge Edmund A Sargus of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
