NEW YORK - A $2.1 million dispute between Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. and its reinsurer over coverage for a 2007 settlement of asbestos exposure claims has settled. White Mountains Reinsurance Company of America v. Travelers Casualty and Surety Co., No. 11-390 (S.D. N.Y.).
Judge Denise Cote of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York dismissed the action on Jan. 4, following a stipulation of dismissal by Travelers and White Mountains Reinsurance Co.
