Arrowood Asks Court to Appoint Umpire to Oversee Reinsurance Arbitration

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Arrowood Indemnity Co. has asked a North Carolina federal judge to appoint an umpire to oversee its reinsurance arbitration with Harper Insurance Co., asserting that the parties have arrived at an impasse in the selection process.
