Liquidator Demands $105,398 in Reinsurance Proceeds from Repwest

CONCORD, N.H. - The liquidator of The Home Insurance Co. has sued Repwest Insurance Co. for $105,398 in reinsurance proceeds for underlying losses sustained by Quaker State Oil Refining Corp. Sevigny v. Repwest Insurance Co., No. 11-405

The Dec. 16 first amended complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, says Repwest has waived its right to defend the claims and may not set off any sums due.
