HARTFORD, Conn. - Century Indemnity Co. has asked a federal magistrate judge to enforce an earlier order compelling Travelers Insurance Co. to produce all information concerning its resolution of underlying coverage disputes it settled with its insureds, Armstrong Cork Co. and ACandS Inc. Travelers Casualty & Surety Co. v. Century Indemnity Co., No. 3:10-400 (D. Conn.).
In its Nov. 30 filing, Century also asked Magistrate Judge Holly Fitzsimmons of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut to reconsider her denial of Century's requests for Travelers' communications with other reinsurers.
