NEW YORK - A New York federal judge has disqualified the firm of Freeborn & Peters from representing Insco Ltd. in a reinsurance arbitration, ruling that the firm's disclosure of emails between the members of the arbitration panel constituted a serious breach of its ethical duties and has tainted the arbitration proceedings. Northwestern National Insurance Co. v. Insco Ltd., No. 11-1124 (S.D. N.Y.).
