CONCORD, N.H. - The liquidator of The Home Insurance Co. has sued Repwest Insurance Co. for $105,398 in reinsurance proceeds for underlying losses sustained by The Home's insured, Quaker State Oil Refining Corp. Sevigny v. Repwest Insurance Co., No. 11-405
The complaint, which was removed to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire on Aug. 15, says Repwest has waived its right to defend the claims and may not set off any sums due.
